Sarah’s pet care service is fabulous! She understands your pets individual needs and is always really helpful accomodating last minute walks/pet care where possible. It is vey reassuring to know that your pet is being well looked after by someone who understands your pets requirements so well! Thanks Sarah for all your help. Emma

Hi
I have a 4 year old Maltese dog and would love to find someone near me to care for him whilst I am away on holiday this August for 2 wks. Can you please recommend any one near by (I live in Hertfordshire) as he would be unhappy in a kennel .
Thank you
regards

Hi Sue and Caroline
Having found your website I will certainly pass on your details to my daughter who lives near Kingham and has just acquired a border terrier puppy. She loves walking her dog when she can but never seems to meet other people with dogs. Do you know anyone in the Kingham/Bledington area that she could contact?

Hi
I recently used Kim Gallager Northumberland Petcarers for my westie Charlie. The service i recieved from start to finish was suburb !!! The host family were great and Charlie had a lovely time. I recieved a text from Kim to tell me how Charlie had settled. When he came back he was really relaxed and Kim had made a lovely photo montage and a diary of his stay.
What a great idea.i could never have put him in kennels.
His next holiday is already booked for August with the same family
Thanks Kim

My brother has the same dog as in your picture, but he looks like a woolly sausage! He says you cannot cut his fur, but he does not look the same as other pictures i have seen of these dogs? Would he look like this if he was over weight? it is hard to tell with all the fur?

Sams are hard to groom if they don’t like it. Your vet will tell you if he is overweight and possibly recommend a good groomer. They have silver tipped fur which protects them from the sun and the cold weather so its a good idea not to clip them but at the same time, if he is knotted to the skin and its making him uncomfortable then perhaps the only way would be to have him clipped then keep grooming him with plenty of rewards/treats to encourage him to enjoy it.

Goodluck and thanks for contacting us.
